Connecting insights to vision, and vision to implementation.

I’m Yifei, a cross-disciplinary design leader with over 20 years of experience across robotics, medical devices, fitness, and consumer products.

I help teams translate user insights into a clear product vision and carry that vision through to implementation. My approach combines strategic thinking, design judgment, and hands-on making—using storytelling and tangible prototypes to build alignment, test ideas, and refine the experience.

As a leader, I create the clarity, collaboration, and conditions for teams to do their best work, while staying closely involved in the craft.
